[SLL] Need diskette that boots from CDROM

I have an old machine with a BIOS that only provides "boot from floppy
disk" and "boot from hard-disk" options, which I'd like to boot from
its IDE/ATAPI CDROM.

At one time, I had a special floppy that I downloaded from the
Internet that caused the floppy to boot from the CD, which is exactly
what I want to do. But despite extensive Googling, I haven't been
able to find this kind of floppy (image) on the 'net today.

Does somebody know where I can get a floppy that effectively redirects
the boot operation to a CDROM?

TIA,
Tim
P.S. I /will/ get around to updating the BIOS on that machine someday;
     really, I promise!
