[SLL] Looking for pointers...

Hi all,

I'm usually just a lurker, but some years ago I was given good advice by
someone on this list. Since that was quite a while ago and I no loner have
access to the old e-mail, I had hoped to be able to search the archives.
So, this leads to my first question: How/where do I find the archives for
this mailing list? (Please, remember that I'm not a heavy user;)

The reason for my search is that I'm inheriting some old 'C' code and must
massage it into something reasonable. (To say that it's spaghetti code is
being kind. It's more like it was passed through a food processor!) Anyway
my first step is to use a cross-reference utility to locate dead code and
eliminate it. Can someone point me to utilities that would get me going in
the right direction?
