[SLL] Adding CentOS box to Win2k3 Active Directory

I'm trying to add a Cent OS 5.3 box to an existing Active Directory (2k3, 
not 2000) and in Googling, I've found about a dozen different ways to do it. 
Basically, all I'm wanting to do is authenticate against an active 
directory for mail purposes. I'm using a different email domain than the 
Active Directory domain and the mail server folks (Kerio) say I need to 
join the CentOS box to the Active Directory in order to accomplish that. 
There will be no one logging onto the linux box for file sharing, desktop 
use, etc. Just authenticating to the domain for email.

I was wondering if anyone here has done that?
