Via bluetooth.  My Palm TX handshakes using some
profile from Sony-Ericcson that I picked up ages ago,
specific to the telephone and PalmOS 5.  The winXP
laptop I think works just using my bluetooth dongle's
software, but maybe there was a needed winXP profile
on Sony-Ericcson's site that I'm not now remembering.
