That is simply not the case in the embedded space, and is far less of an
issue these days with Java 5 and Java 6 than it used to be.
This is also an issue with Python, Perl, Ruby and any other interpreted
language. Any time something requires an interpreter you are going to have
this problem, to a greater or lesser extent.
