[SLL] Looking for linux friendly cam server

Dear List,

After some negative experiences with a cam which requires ActiveX Control and
IE, I need to get recommendations on an internet cam server.

Said item should

- Allow export url with streaming image
- Not require login to view streaming image
- Not require ActiveX Controls
- Not require IE
- Be manageable without DHCP in the LAN (nice to have)
- Not require wireless router to configure (nice to have).. e.g. ethernet
- Standalone operation on static ip
- Export static images by ssh (nice to have)
- Cam pan / tilt / zoom features
- under $200

Any recommends welcome,
