[SLL] telephone support for general desktop users?

Do you know of any companies that provide support via telephone for
desktop users?

I am not looking for support for system administration nor installation
support but for common day-to-day basic desktop, office or home tasks.

I understand that Canonical offers commercial Desktop support. I have read
some of their Ubuntu webpages. Anyone use their 9x5 or 24x7 service?

I have heard that Linspire's support is half the cost, Red Hat's desktop
support is a third the price, and Novell's is even cheaper. Anyone use
these for "desktop" support?

If you have any experiences with paid telephone support for Linux
desktops, please let me know.

Thanks
