I use Quick Turn Circuits a lot. They're probably not the cheapest,
but reasonable and good. Ref: www.qtcircuits.com. I've not used them
for my multiple-up panels though.

To do multiple boards, it's best to specify a router scoring so
that they just snap apart. I'd suggest alowing a 3/8 to 1/2" strip
between boards.  I can send you a sample panel drawing I've used.
