[SLL] Law Office Software Recommendations

I have a customer who currently uses Exchange with a custom written  
app that allows their attorneys to use Outlook as their central  
reference point for all client contact and documentation.   
Particularly they use public folders for a shared office calendar and  
client notes.  I am hoping to recommend some new design options that  
provide the same services with a similar interface for ease of use,  
but better reliability/stability at the right cost.  Specifically they  
need the following abilities:

- Central user interface
- Shared public calendar for each office
- Client contact information with accompanied note/correspondence and  
links to a file server for client documents.
-Ability to add new firms that are securely separated.

This is my first time working with an attorney so if anyone has had  
experience with this industry, I'd love to hear any feedback regarding  
similar solutions you've developed.
