[SLL] CERT PGP Check

US-CERT Technical Cyber Security Alert TA08-288A

Would someone who received a copy of this message from CERT please
authenticate the PGP signature?  I'm getting this:

Can't verify due to a missing key or certificate

I tried this on an XP box using Outlook.  I seem to remember this working in
the past, but I must have hosed something.  I did just check on my Linux box
and it says that there is no digital signature.
