[SLL] consultant needed for LAMP project

I have been trying to help a friend's business with their internal LAMP
project, it is on Fedora, and the P in this case is php.
It is also used as a samba file server.  They had this set up for them,
by someone, that wasn't reliable.  I tried to help them as much as I
could, but I just don't have the time to take this project to where it
needs.  I was trying to use what was already there and build on top of
it instead of just redoing all the code.  I am not sure which would have
been easier at this point.
