If that's the case, you could probably download the .src.rpm from Fedora,
extract the appropriate patch(es), drop them into the Debian tree, and use
kernel-package to generate you a new kernel... yes, it's definitely the long
way around and involves a fair bit of esoterica, but Free Software costs
sweat equity...
