[SLL] PCMCIA WiFi suggestions?

Got a friend who's getting a ThinkPad T21, going to dual-boot it (I've not
quite weaned her from her Windows habit yet).  Need an 802.11g card that
works well under both 'Doze and Ubuntu Hardy (we're going with latest and
greatest for the graphics drivers).  Currently using an AirLink that's close
but no cigar (it won't autoconfigure, and the end user is a total tyro and
freaks out when things don't Just Work).  Suggestions?
