Well that's interesting.  gnome-python2 and gnome-python2-bonobo come
from the same source package, so both should be available.  If you run
without skip-broken, can you post the results?  Presumably something
else requires the old gnome-python2 and is preventing the new one from
being installed, which is in turn preventing gnome-python2-bonobo from
being installed.
