On that note, take a look at Deki Wiki:

I can't give you a firm recommendation for Deki Wiki, as I've only 
played with it a tiny bit. However, it seems to have a good balance 
between ease of use and flexibility. It has document sharing with 
versioning, and may be worth a look if you decide to go that route.
