[SLL] CellBE blade-server source

Would anyone care to share recommendations for CellBE blade-server
vendors? I've a budgetary need to spend some money by month's end for
a modest box which can be expanded in the future, so availability (the
product must be delivered by month's end) and future expansion (don't
want to by an orphan) are critical elements.
