[SLL] list gpg encrypt recipients?

I'm not sure I'm doing this right (in my little test), but when I use gpg
-d on the command line, it asks for my passphrase and then spits out the
list of keys used to encrypt the message followed by the clear text. This
was with gpg 1.4.1.
