bigfish.com is not all that funny if it flags you as a spammer.  I
have a client who got tripped up by this (we were forwarding a guy's
email offsite, including his spam; got flagged as sending spam!)
Bigfish.com has no real documented process to get oneself cleared for
sending email again to their sites.

Given how many people use bigfish and hosted exchange, it can be a real pain.
