A recent thread on UPSes mentioned Pacific Power Batteries:

as a knowledgable resource for batteries. They might be able to spec the 
breaker. Or if you know the breaker specs, be sure to check with Digi-Key:

I thought RADAR had completely closed when the Western Ave store closed.
Guess they're still around. I'm surprised they can't track down a
replacement component.
