[SLL] Seattle only?

The primary "Seattle-ness" these days would be that if you ask "where  
should I buy xxx" you'll get Seattle establishments, and if you try to  
give away something you'll have a mostly Seattle audience.

However, as a *primarily* Seattle area list, the volume is  
manageable.  A world-wide list would likely be "a little" busier, and  
likely wouldn't be welcome on the present server.
