[SLL] Seattle only?

I was under the impression the list was geographically agnostic when I 
first joined. I found out about the list from the Linux Journal web 
site. The name of list implies as much.

I guess the list whatever the members make of it. If most of the posts 
are only relevant to the Seattle area then it's a local list.
