I could get behind this, now that Jonathan and company have seen the light
of the GPL... with one caveat.  I don't know what a server-only box will do,
but my officemate's experience is that a full-house GNOME desktop on top of
Solaris takes a full gig of RAM... so this may well be memory-intensive.
There may be ways to address this, I don't know.  

Actually, make that two caveats:  ZFS is currently embroiled in a patent
spat between SUNW and NetApp.  Now, I have the sneaking suspicion that
Jonathan is gonna either squash NetApp like a bug or simply *acquire*
it... but that remains to be seen.  For a small-time shop, it's not much of
a caveat, but I'm just sayin'.  There's no *practical* reason, outside of a
courtroom, that this shouldn't work.
