My first question would be 'Why?'
If the 1.2.3.0/20 is already accessible from the internet then why do
you want to also get to it via DSL?
Instead of focusing on the details of routing, bridging, etc. it would
probably be better to answer the more general question of 'what is it
you are trying to accomplish'.
