I assume you are referring to an Internet T1. I have had a good
experience with Internap. The services are at a premium price, but the
tech support has been top notch and they have had great reliability even
through some recent UPS problems in their Fisher Plaza facility.
The one down side is that their service is almost too good. They are so
well interconnected with other backbone providers, it is hard to balance
incoming traffic. For most networks, Internap is the shortest path to
my AS, even after prepending several times. If you are trying to load
balance with a two or more providers for redundancy, you may want to
look at someone who does not have as many peers. However, for single
connections they can't be beat on service and support.
