I have approx 30 T1s in the South Sound. They're all with Qwest, who
is the local Ma Bell.

Reliability is good. We have a few issues with copper in rural areas,
and a CO tech will mess up with the wrong circuit every now and then,
but Qwest is good overall, especially when compared with others like
CenturyTel. Response time to trouble calls is also good.

Our pricing is different from what yours will be so I don't have any
useful insights in that area.
