We've had reasonable service from Megapath. We had two T1s from them,
but due to special circumstances (screaming good prices because of
unused fiber in the building) we're only keeping one, and adding a
fractional DS3 from NTT - it has a soft cap of 5mbit, fully burstable.
I'll be implementing BGP when I have a few moments to breathe...
