[SLL] Moving In vim insert mode...

I checked and all my locations I have a TERM value of "xterm", so that's 
apparently not it.  Still, Ubuntu could presumably have different 
printcap stuff or something like that.  I hope not.  I hope it's just a 
setting, or getting a different compiled version...???
