So does anyone know how to get a list of the titles of the
windows in each screen session?

e.g. if I have 3 windows in 21477.dev named 'foo' 'bar' and 'baz'
how can I get that list.

No, I don't want ctrl-a " which, while I can do it from inside
screen, doesn't help me if I want to get a list of all windows
on all the screen sessions, even if I'm not connected to them.

The real goal here is to be able to pair up a random process, say
'vi foo.txt' to the screen (21477.dev) and tty (window #3 or title
of window #3) so it's easy to get back to where you were when you
have too many sessions running around.
