Google for "Flashblock". It's a firefox add-on that replcaes flash with a 
flash icon that you have to click on before it'll run. I turn it off when 
I'm "you-tubing", but generally, it's really nice to see a page load up 
with a lot of flash logos rather than dancing Godzillas hawking mortgages.
