[SLL] Ubuntu/Matrox resolution problem

I assume that you have already tried making changes in xorg.conf . If the modules didn't work to
begin with i don't see how reinstalling is going to help. In my, limited, experience its usually a
modification to xorg.conf that does the trick in these cases or maybe an option at boot time. I
bet if you look on ubuntu forums you are not the first person to have this issue.
