You might be able to get a copy from freshrpms.net, or build the source. 
However; CentOS is automatically linked with yum repositories. The 
newest CentOS 5,1 is built around RHEL 4 or 5 I presume. Wouldn't it be 
great if you could yum install "apt-get" or vice versa?
