[SLL] Etch partial mirror tool ?

Hi all,
	I have had several etch builds fail in last two weeks with
apt-cacher issues. When building streight from debian.org reporitory
things seem to work but, that isn't good bandwidth managment. I see
packages reprepro and approx in google. Does anyone have experience with
these?
