Actually, if you've got a bunch of Lookout addicts that are tied to their
MSFT-only desktops, calendars and all sorts of weirdo attachments, the best
thing you can do is slap a Postfix/SpamAssassin/ClamAV box in front of it
and call it good.  You won't save any budget money, but you will save time
and effort dealing with spam and viruses... and if you can document you
stopped a zero-day exploit dead in its tracks (by virtue of it being a file
type inapropriate to be sending, e.g. pif or exe), you can become a minor
hero.  (You do have to *market* that...)  And then you can start sliding
other Free Software in... 

But, yeah, the whole "replace Exchange" thingy kinda got dropped... oddly
enough, just about the time SUSE and MSFT started making goo-goo eyes at
each other.
