A sales guy I know insists email is useless. He loves SugarCRM
and says it's at least as good as what they used when he was with CA.

Open source, mulitiplatform, integrated calendar, etc. Recently hit 1.0.
Not sure how well it works in the real world, though. I've been dying
to hear. :)
