[SLL] Groupware servers

We are looking to bring email in-house, and my boss wants all the "bells and 
whistles" that Microsoft Exchange has. I would prefer something that's less 
expensive and easier to do backups, etc.

I've been looking around, especially on the Spiceworks forums, and have 
received a few suggestions there. Wondering if anyone here has any 
suggestions? We've got less than 500 email boxes at this point (actually 
probably less than 250) but we'd like to have plenty of room for expansion.
