You know, I don't have stats, but here's an assumption to run down: 

Most used open source software?  Firefox.  Not only is it the standard
browser with most distros these days, but a heck of a lot of Windows and Mac
users use it too.  

The other one, that would be nigh impossible to track down but still
probably has merit as an assumption, is the Berkeley 4.3 TCP stack. 

Just sayin'...
