"Windows admin finally switching to Linux" is one of the audience
types that Chris Negus and I targeted in our Toolbox book:

We assume the reader is  computer-literate enough to figure out the
basics like installing the OS. If not, then start with one of Chris
Negus' other books: the Fedora Bible.
