[SLL] semi-OT: Boeing Surplus closing

Well all is NOT lost!  You can still go to the UW surplus public
store<http://www.washington.edu/admin/surplus/>and get good "junk". I
went to Boeing surplus once, and I found it to be
quite spendy by comparison.

True, the variety is not as great, and you have to get there early to get
some items at the opening door supermarket sweep time, but it has often been
more than rewarding for me.... :-)

And,  it you want a good large $5 table for your computer lab and a chair to
sit on in front of it, they have those too.
