[SLL] Arrgh, LWSD requires IE to access web site...

Glenn --

Not to defend the indefensible position of the LWSD, but what makes you
think that unfunded mandates are unconstitutional?  They happen all the
time, but from federal to state and state to municipality.  One would think
that the push-back would be more than strident complaining if there were
relief to be had in the constructs of the Founding Fathers.

If you were a state and LWSD were FedGov, that would be unconstitutional.
It's called an "unfunded mandate."

What I translate their lame excuse as is "So the parents could be stupid."

I wonder what the lawyer who spoke to us at GSLUG about SCO the other
Saturday would have to say about this.
