[SLL] linux-list moving to new server

The linux-list will be moving to a new server.  If all goes well you
should see another message from me shortly when we arrive at the other
side.  We are moving from a rather complex mailman setup to a rather
bland mailman setup.  Hopefully this will make things less brittle in
the future, but it also could be that I've missed an important step in
the unwinding of the complexity.  If there are any problems with the
list feel free to email me directly at mitch at ssc.com.
