[SLL] limit on number of files in a directory and hashed dir vs. flat dir file access time

Just tested it and posted results in a previous post. I'm now up to 45,000 
files in a single directory running on a stock debian sarge system with 
the macro link limit in ext3_fs.h set to 32000.
