[SLL] Exchange Alternatives

We are considering replacing Exchange next year so I am putting together 
a list of collaboration suites and so far I've come up with these two 
affordable options since we are a non-profit.

Zimbra

Citadel

I've heard of Open Exchange, but the last comments I've read weren't 
very good and it seems kind of pricey.  Has anyone used either of these? 
or have any other recommendations.
