[SLL] tcpreplay alternative

I have been trying to install the latest stable version of tcpreplay 
(2.3.5) and keep getting errors complaining that it cannot find libnet 
(configure: error: libnet not found).  The version shipped with Gutsy 
appears to be still in testing and either doesn't work or I am not using 
it properly.  Does anyone know of an alternative to tcpreplay?
