[SLL] OT--Hardware: New Build Won't go to POST

The video card is a 256mg Asus Nvidia PCI express. It comes with an
auxiliary power cord that plugs into the back of the card and then into the
PSU. There is also a fan plug on the fanin addition to that second plug. I
did not hook up the extra plug to the PSU...would that stop it dead??
