This certainly is gonna be interesting.... first, there appears to be a
money trail (there is certainly a pedigree trail) back from the troll to
Microsoft... 

Yaknow, I gotta wonder how long IBM is gonna sit around and let this kind of
stuff go on... if I was Sam Palmisano, I would have Legal preparing the
Nuclear Option against Redmond as we speak.  I wonder if, given Michael
Dell's quotes and proclivities in the field, Sam could get Dell in on the
act... Dell is actually a bigger company than Microsoft is right now.  (IBM,
strangely, is not.  They've just been around over 100 years and have the patent
portfolio from Hell and the legal staff to match it.)  

We shall certainly see.
