I've had a lot of success with the Antec Sonata case. Antec has
several low-noise cases that include quiet fans and PSUs. The hard
drives are mounted on rubber grommets so there is no metal-to-metal
contact. The fans are large and slow, which is also more quiet. I've
got 3 7200RPM SATA drives under my desk in my file server, and I can
barely hear it.
