I am looking for an address book software for my wife. She has around 150
contacts to enter.

- X11 based

- can export data as plain text (so I can try with labelnation)

- maybe a search function

- maybe can use data with glabels -- maybe we should just use glabels?

What are your suggestions? Please share your experiences.

Here are some I found:

- glabels
http://glabels.sourceforge.net/
(don't know if it keeps a database of contacts)

- old Tcl/Tk-based Addressbook on Sunsite mirrors
http://ftp.metalab.unc.edu/pub/historic-linux/ftp-archives/sunsite.unc.edu/Sep-29-1996/X11/xapps/rolodex/addressbook-0.6.lsm

- XRolyPoly
http://xrolypoly.sourceforge.net/

- labelnation
http://www.red-bean.com/labelnation/
(but not a gui for data entry)

- xrolodex
from x.org contrib mirrors

- bbdb
(for emacs)

- yrolo
http://www.muquit.com/muquit/software/yrolo/yrolo.html

- openoffice -- maybe has some template for data entry?

What do you use?
