[SLL] Console to text message tool wanted?

Hi all,
	I am looking for tool to notify me when script thinks I need to
take action. I have searched google and others. Lots of servers stuff for
the other OS. It could be real simple like;

% echo2sms "/var/log @ 80%" > 206-555-1212

Box is debian bases with USR modem. All suggestions welcomed.
