[SLL] [semi-OT] Laptop maintenance?

Housemate has a nearly-new (but not bought from Dell Direct) Latitude D600
which has a fan that's making evil noises.  Best place in the north end of
Seattle to get this fixed?  We *had* been going to Seattle Laptop, but
were... less than satisfied with our previous experience... (Thinkpad with a
balky suspend switch that never got fixed right...)
