[SLL] FedoraCore and Brother MFC-5460CN printers

Adam,

Thanks for the suggestion.  They responded and their solution, which was
to comment out the line

*DefaultOutputOrder: Reverse

from the PPD file created for the printer fixed the problem.

Posting the solution here so that crawlers and hopefully future people
might be helped.
